The BTEC Higher Technical Qualifications are an update the previous Higher National (HNC) programmes, endorsed by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE). Applicants will be expected to have achieved at least 64 UCAS points from relevant A Level/s, Extended Diploma Level 3 or BTEC National Qualifications, or an NVQ/VRQ 3 in a relevant discipline.   (or) If you already have relevant industry experience but no formal qualifications, your application will be welcome and considered based on your experience.  

The course is assessed in a modular format through the utilisation of contextualised assignments, developing written, analytical and communication skills as an entry to higher education studies.

Successful completion of the Higher Technical Qualification in Construction Management can lead to a degree or employment within the industry.
