This Reiki healing group session is a sacred space for relaxation, self-connection, and energetic renewal. The session is combined with a short spiritual discussion on how to practise Reiki on yourself and how to support your own self-healing journey. It offers a nurturing introduction to Reiki, allowing participants to experience the subtle flow of universal life force energy and deepen their awareness of mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring your own blanket, as the body may feel cooler during deep relaxation and energy work. You are also welcome to bring a small pillow to support your back, as the session will take place on a mat. No prior experience of Reiki, meditation, or energy healing is required.
