OCR Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development - this consists of 7 Mandatory units and then an Optional Unit selection to make up the credits needed for the Full Diploma award. The Diploma itself takes approx. 13-15 months and will include workplace Observation of Personal Guidance.
