My name is Mattia Paradiso and this is Paradiso Authentic Italian and we are at the Sheffield Christmas markets with lots of lovely tiramisu and cannoli in different flavours.

Check that all the stock is in first of all and then I open the little hut with the lovely Italian flags.

And then yeah basically make sure everything's ready for the day because it's a long day.

You have to be organised which is something I have learnt like throughout this experience.

And just like be passionate about what you share with people. I think that's really important.

You know like you’re putting your products and yourself out there and you don't know how it's going to be received and how people are going to be, you know, judging it. It’s about keeping a big smile on your face just go for it. Keep going!
