This 10-week programme equips owner-managers and business leaders with the AI literacy, hands-on capability, and specification discipline to transform how their business operates. Build working AI assistants, chatbots, and automations on your own business context. Learn to identify and prioritise AI opportunities, govern AI responsibly, and specify solutions a technical team could implement. A supported proof of concept sprint brings your priority initiative to life, and you leave with a business case and 6–12 month transformation roadmap.
Your assessment is completely practical and tied directly to your own business. It takes the form of a practical portfolio made up of 4 evidence pieces.
