The IT Users at Level 2 is suitable for anyone who uses IT within their role and is designed to ensure Learners make use of predefined or commonly used IT tools for activities that are at times non-routine or unfamiliar, they will be able to devise solutions to use IT tools to improve productivity. Any aspect that is unfamiliar will require support and advice from other people. The Level 2 Certificate in IT Users allows candidates to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a level recognised by employers, thus proving competency in their job role.
