For example, Billingsgate Seafood School and trade shows such as Hotelympia.We also compete in a number of high profile national competitions such as Nestle Toque D?or, The Dolmio and Uncle Bens Foodservice Challenge and celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala?s Zest Quest.You will access inspirational teaching sessions to help you develop advanced skills and techniques in supervising and legislation, promotion of food and beverage services and products, supervising customer service, barista skills, service of wines and understanding pairing of foods, supervising hospitality events, service of food, handing of payments, bookings and menu design.You will complete either work-based projects or work experience allowing you to get a real insight into the industry.
