We offer a Level 3 Property Development Course which allows you to choose to study six trades from the following: plastering, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, kitchen fitting, bricklaying and domestic electrical installation. We appreciate that not everyone wants to learn the same trade so this course enable you to design the contents of the training to suit your needs. You may select any 3 courses from the following: Kitchen Fitting, 8 days Carpentry, 9 days Plastering, 9 days Wall & Floor Tiling, 9 days Plumbing and Heating, 9 days Bricklaying, 10 days Domestic Electrical Installations, 9 days This course is accredited to a level 3. During your training course you will be assessed at a level 3 for each trade that you complete and upon successful completion of your course you will receive level 3 accreditation for each of those trades as well as a level 3 qualification.
