This evening based course will provide you with a City and Guilds 3268 Level 2 VRQ in a number of welding processes, each process to be chosen by you, at the outset of the course. It should be noted that the course fee, registration and certification fee covers only one welding process. Arrangements can be made for those who successfully complete their first process within the fifteen weeks and wish to pay the fee to enrol for an additional process. The Awards and Certificates could help you develop your welding and fabrication career further and take on jobs that require more specialist skills. After successful completion of this qualification you can progress on to a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Fabrication and Welding Engineering or a Level 3 Award in Advanced Welding. Candidates must be able to show a Level 1 pass certificate at enrolment for Level 2. All students will be required to be interviewed prior to enrolling onto the course and during your discussion you will agree the best process choice for you with your tutor.
