This NCFE Level 3 Certificate will allow you to gain knowledge and skills of the traditional practices used in UX/UI design industry sectors. On completion of the qualification, you will be able to progress onto further study or seek employment as an entry level UX/UI Designer in a UX/UI design company. The course will cover skills and knowledge related to User Experience and User Interface. It comprises 6 mandatory units: Introduction to user experience (UX) The user-centred design (UCD) process User research User experience (UX) design User interface (UI) design User experience/user interface (UX/UI) design in practice By the end of the course, you will understand the concept of user experience and user interface. You will implement your knowledge in user experience to create a UX portfolio on a case study of your choice using no-code web builder. In the course, we use the following technical tools: Figma, Miro, Notion, InVision, Canva, Wix/WordPress. There are no formal pre-requisites for this course, but a Level 2 IT qualification or some basic knowledge of coding or web design would be an advantage. Suggested Reading 1.
