IT Systems Support - Level 2 DiplomaThe course provides learners with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT systems. Covering key areas such as customer support provision, computer systems, networking principles, systems architecture, web fundamentals, and ICT installation and configuration, this course equips individuals with the competence to provide effective IT support. Learners will gain expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, network setup, system security, and web technologies. The course prepares individuals for entry-level roles like IT Support Technician, Help Desk Support, and Network Technician while also serving as a stepping stone for further education and industry certifications.
