A successful butcher must demonstrate dexterous knife skills together with craft to be able to produce the most cuts and ensure they are profitable.

To join you'll need to be seeking or already in employment. You must already have or expect to achieve ?grades C or above in Maths and English. Some employers may require you sit an aptitude test as well as an interview and be capable of ultimately learning higher level skills.
