Warehousing & Storage Level 2 offers 8 units which give learners the knowledge and understanding to work in a warehouse environment. fork lift training is offered within the qualification, and literacy and numeracy are embedded throughout the programme relevant to the sector. This programme is suited to learners who wish to pursue a career in a warehousing/logistics environment. The units covered in this qualification are: Health, Safety and security at work, Develop effective working relationships, Pick goods, Place goods in storage, Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, Moving and/or handling goods, Check stock levels and stock records, Operate equipment to perform work requirements. Upon successful completion of this qualification, learners are given the opportunity to complete a 1 day add on course in either First Aid, Iosh, or Mobile Scaffold (PASMA) to further enhance their CV. We also offer several e learning courses to choose from.

Learners are required to be aged 19 or over and be in generally good health with decent observation skills. A basic level of literacy and numeracy are required which we can support through the programme, either on site, or through signposting referrals. Learners with special requirements are encouraged to enrol and we will make reasonable adjustments to accommodate individuals.
