You will gain practical knowledge and experience of the industry whilst studying with highly skilled staff in a specialist training environment. You can train up to level two standard, as well as improving skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, health and safety in the workplace, and customer care. Throughout the course, you will also be given opportunities to participate in work placements with experts from reputable companies across Newcastle.
