You will learn through a variety of methods including workshop-based learning, creative and live projects, tutorials, peer and self-assessment, discussion, questioning, research, presentations and reflection. All work will be completed and presented to a high standard through the course. You will be expected to manage your workload through homework and exploring concepts independently.

All evidence produced for assessment is based on practical portfolios of work. making the assessment process simple and clear. All work is internally assessed and externally moderated. Units 3-7 of the course u are assessed is graded using pass / failure. Unit 8 as assessed as pass, merit, Distinction
here is the option to progress onto Level 3 courses if you achieve a minimum of a Merit along with a 4 (C) in both GCSE Maths and English. There is also the opportunity to enter employment or to take up an Apprenticeship on successful completion of the course.
