Access to HE Diploma (Health and Physiotherapy)

Have you ever thought about what it might be like to be a physiotherapist? Would you like to aid someone’s recovery and perhaps even help them to walk again? If this is something you’re passionate about, but you don’t currently have the qualifications necessary, then our Access to Higher Education Diploma Health and Physiotherapy is the perfect place to begin. You’ll develop an excellent understanding of the medical and health care industries, with a focus on physiotherapy and its associated roles. Throughout the year, you’ll study three core modules: Human Biology, Psychology and Maths and Physics. This will give you the foundations you need to study a physiotherapy-related degree.

During this Health and Physiotherapy Diploma, you’ll be assessed through a variety of methods to help develop your knowledge and skills and to prepare you for university. This will include tutorials, practical laboratory sessions, presentations, assignments, discussion forums and some exams.
