he learner will learn key practical skills and knowledge in these mandatory units:-Control projects in construction management-Develop self and others in construction management-Participate in meetings-Lead and manage meetings-Provide advice, judgement and service ethically in construction management-Plan, allocate and monitor work in own area of responsibility-Plan, allocate and monitor work of a team-Examine staff turnover issues in own area of responsibility-Recruit staff in own area of responsibility-Manage teams in construction management-Manage project processes in construction management.

The learner will be assessed by an occupationally competent and qualified assessor whose job is to work with the learner and help the learner complete the pathway.The learner must pass each mandatory unit and the five optional units within this pathway.

The learner will be required to produce a Portfolio of Evidence showing how they have met the performance and knowledge criteria for each unit required within the pathway, as directed by their assessor.

On completion of the NOCN_Cskills Awards Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management (Construction) -Production pathway, the learner will have obtained the skills, knowledge and understanding, and demonstrated competence, to progress on to a higher level qualification in the same or similar occupational area.
