There are no formal entry qualifications but you must attend an informal briefing to discuss the course prior to enrolment You are required to join the CIPD as a student member at the beginning of the course and remain in membership throughout the course.----You will need to have a good standard of spoken and written English--This should include the ability to write reports (guidance on the structure will be given), the correct use of punctuation and grammar--The ability to read and interpret text and take notes is essential--
