Human Resources Practice (CIPD)

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 3 qualification is perfect if you want to acquire a wide range of relevant and practical skills in HR and development. It will also give you a professionally recognised qualification and a professional level of CIPD membership, Associate (Assoc CIPD).

There are no formal entry qualifications but you must attend an informal briefing to discuss the course prior to enrolment You are required to join the CIPD as a student member at the beginning of the course and remain in membership throughout the course.----You will need to have a good standard of spoken and written English--This should include the ability to write reports (guidance on the structure will be given), the correct use of punctuation and grammar--The ability to read and interpret text and take notes is essential--
