This course focuses on creating opportunities of learning through a range of activities and tasks that challenge and promote a better understanding of self. Building confidence, as well as preparing for the world of work within the customer service sector. Maths and English will also be part of the study programme. Students will learn; Personal learning and development,Money management and independent living skills, Customer service / Retail skills, Maths and English
The students will study through a variety of methods; written work, discussions, projects, assignments and practical. Students will also attend Maths and English classes on a weekly basis to help them make progress in these two key areas.
