No Formal Qualifications Required: In most cases there are no specific formal qualifications needed to enrol in a Level 2 Mentoring course. However prior experience in a related field such as teaching coaching or human resources may be beneficial. This qualification is designed to help you develop a clear understanding of the role of a mentor and gain the essential skills needed to become an effective and confident mentor. You�ll take part in group discussions engage in peer mentoring through breakout rooms and complete individual study tasks to deepen your learning. There will also be opportunities to apply your mentoring skills in real-life scenarios and reflect on your experiences to enhance your practice. There will be no class during half-term.
