The course is designed to support and enhance the knowledge of existing or prospective drivers who wish to develop or start a career in transporting passengers. Candidates will be introduced to the importance of delivering good customer service and the importance of good communications and positive working relationships. This course is run in conjunction with Lancaster City Council and is specifically aimed at taxi drivers wanting to learn more about driver safety and to improve their customer service skills.
