Support Work in Schools Level 2

This is a knowledge-based qualification, it can also be taken by individuals not yet employed in a school, as well as providing initial training/induction for those new in post. This will provide the knowledge and understanding needed to work in a school or college environment.

Lancashire residents aged 19+. Unemployed or employed earning less than £20319.00. Access to a laptop and IT skills are an advantage.

Blended learning: Classroom face-2-face, Self-directed study online VCT support. Assignment based projects.

Notebook to record your own notes and pens, highlighters.

The Assignments will be marked and feedback will be given. Where work is deferred additional support will be offered both face-to-face and via VCT online sessions.

We work with sector specific agencies who will engage with the candidates on the course and when successfully completed work with them to secure paid employment in their chosen sector.
