Learners should be ideally employed in a supervisory role on a construction site. Learners must be aged 24 years old plus and live either in a non-devolved area or in the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield)
Learners will undertake six mandatory units and two optional units
Delivery is undertaken at the learners place of employment. Learners will undertake the programme through on-site assessment and training
Learners will expected to comply with site PPE requirements
Learners will work with their tutor on a one to one basis and be assessed in the workplace. There will be an expectation that learners will be expected to undertake research
Upon completion of the programme learners will be able to apply for their CSCS Supervisory Card (upon passing the relevant CSCS Health and Safety test)
