Individuals need to be 16 years old or over to take this qualification. Individuals do not require any prior qualifications or food skills experience to take this qualification. However, prior achievement of Level 3 Certificate/Diploma for Proficiency in Food Manufacturing Excellence may be an advantage for some individuals.
