This course is suitable for anybody who uses a sit astride all terrain vehicle as part of their daily work, such as farmers, game keepers and groundskeepers.

The course will cover:Carrying out a risk assessmentComplying with safety and legal requirements, with an emphasis on safe practices, warning signs and guardsCarrying out all pre-driving checks for faulty or dangerous componentsPreparing the ATV for work, including checking and adjusting safety devicesStarting up and driving the machine safely in a range of different ground conditionsUsing the manufacturers instruction bookIdentifying track profile and weight transfer
