Through careful planning and taking inspiration from Forest Schools, this course guides families through a menu of activities each week to inspire children's curiosity, spark their joy for learning and nuture a love of nature. Over the 8 weeks we cover aspects of literacy, numeracy and science as well as art, poetry and music. There is also opportunity for children to develop their practical skills to increase confidence and self esteem.

There are no formal assessments as part of this course. We ask for weekly feedback to encourage regular reflection. There are two compulsary final feedback forms to complete at the end of the course. Your family will receive a certificate of achievement at the end of this course.
