Customer Service is relevant to hundreds of job roles so it is a great foundation for getting into any industry from retail or banking to hospitality or healthcare. You could become a customer service assistant, customer relationship manger or senior advisor. During your apprenticeship, you will develop skills that are valuable to employers in any sector. There are a wide range of units that the apprentice can cater to their specific role in the workplace and cover specialist areas. Once enrolled the apprentice will be allocated an assessor that will support them throughout their qualification. The assessor will complete regular reviews to keep them on target and will support the apprentice in the collection of all evidence required. This can be gathered using different methods such as professional discussions, observations, witness statements and assignments.
