This Level 1 five day course (9.30am-4.30pm) is for learners who want to get an idea of the complexities of working effectively in a Retail environment. They will gain knowledge and understanding of the retail sector; of retail customer service; of maintaining security as well as health and safety on retail premises; of how individuals and teams contribute to the effectiveness of retail businesses as well as introduce learners to the main functions of employment and consumer law.
