Discover how to enjoy maths! It is not unusual to feel anxious about maths. This short course is funded by the government MULTIPLY project and is designed to help adults (19+) to understand what causes maths anxiety and the effects of it on their learning. It will offer preventative measures to deal with a range of emotions when facing a maths task. You will attend for 2 hours per week for 3 weeks on a Wednesday morning from 10.00am to 12.00pm. There is no exam or qualification attached to this course.
