Five GCSEs at grade 4 or equivalent including English and maths. Please be aware to obtain an airside pass to work at an airport, aviation organisations will require you to complete a criminal record check. You must also possess a valid passport.
Acquire ramp handling knowledge and skills. Gain an understanding of aviation communications Develop your customer service and conflict management skills. Understand the UK aviation industry including security and health and safety.
Progression may include the Aviation Operations Level 3 Diploma. Alternatively, you can move into relevant employment or progress to degree level study.
