Entry Requirements All candidates need to show a satisfactory level of competence in written and oral communication skills. You will complete an initial assessment to ensure you are working at the level 2 in English and maths but you will be offered further support for this if needed. Candidates are required to have evidence of Level 3 vocational skills for the area in which they will teach/train if they are to progress into teaching in the further education and skills sector.
Assessment is on-going throughout the course, based on short written assignments and observation by your tutor. On completion you will achieve twelve credits at Level 3.
