OR - Those with previous experience or relevant learning may be eligible via our APL process for accreditation. Part time: You must be working in a business environment and should have successfully completed a level 3 qualification in a Business-related area, with a good profile of attainment and reference. You will need an appropriate level of English and maths.

Understand how the course will be delivered.

This is a taught course where you'll participate in a range of learning activities including lectures, classroom presentations, research tasks, group work, exhibitions, workshops, tutorials and self-directed activities. Through these sessions, you'll develop the knowledge and skills to support your assignment work. You will normally have about 10 hours of taught classes per week and will be expected to complete another 10 hours per week self-directed study.

Assessment is through written assignments and essays. These assignments will take various forms suitable to a business environment and may be linked to the workplace. Your major research project will involve undertaking a dissertation into a business topic of your own choosing.

This course can be used as a platform for further study at level 7 Masters at other local and national universities.
