Geology will change the way you look at the world! In the first year of A Level you will study units covering topics such as Global Tectonics, Minerals and Rocks and Earth structure, together with an analysis of both surface and internal processes affecting the Earth. You will also be introduced to a range of practical skills through first hand activities both inside and outside the classroom. In the second year we go on to study the science of geological processes in detail through applied topics such as Resource Extraction and Geohazards.
