This is an online course delivered using Zoom, in real time with live interaction with your tutor and fellow learners.. This interesting and fun course will introduce you to Hypnotherapy by way of a brief history of hypnosis, the hypnotic principles, suggestibility tests, progressive, rapid, instant inductions and help you understand what is happening in the mind during a "trance". The course will discuss how to do hypnosis safely and what the benefits are. By the end of the day students should be able to: 1) Learn how to go into self-hypnosis and how to use it for the most gain 2) Understand what hypnosis is and how a trance can be induced in others 2) Learn some practical techniques for accessing the sub-conscious mind - Inductions and deepeners 3) Try out some direct suggestions to promote change.
