It enables the learner to function in the workplace as it focuses on key Customer Service values. It is particularly relevant for young people, the unemployed or those looking to upskill or change careers. Tutors with Customer Service experience will deliver the course within a supportive, role-modelling and one to one tutoring environment. This will enable you to develop the essential Customer services skills for use in the workplace. Purpose of Course The primary purpose of this qualification is to develop the skills and knowledge you will need to be able to work effectively in a customer service role. You will develop your skills in communication, learn how to resolve queries and meet customers needs, and build up your knowledge of the principles of customer service. This is a cross-sector qualification aimed at current and prospective customer service workers. This qualification covers the skills and knowledge needed to be a customer service worker, covering competencies applicable to a wide range of contexts. You will understand how to work effectively with others, maintain standards of performance and follow organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
