This training, will meet these requirements and leads to a nationally recognised qualification (Royal Society for Public Health)., You develop essential knowledge about how to prepare and store food safely to prevent contamination of food and food poisoning., Assessment is via a multiple choice question paper., Entry requirements:, You must have a very good level of written English to enable you to pass this intensive one-day course. You need to pass an initial, assessment in English prior to starting the course. You MUST also bring photographic ID OR a bank card and a letter with your address to, prove your identity. Please note, this MUST be brought to class on the day of the course, failure to do so will mean that you will be unable, to attend the course., Please note, from 4pm-5pm there will be an exam after your teaching session.
