2. Course description

The Level 3 in Creative Media Production & Technology (Film and TV) is specifically designed for experiential, experimental and integrated learning. You're at the helm of your own studying, applying the skills you already have, whilst valuing the accidental and novel results that can happen in both working individually and collaboratively. You will immerse yourself in the unique characteristics of Filmmaking, TV and Audio Production, working with the dynamic and potentially innovative relationships between those disciplines. The course is specifically design to give you a highly production context and experience, which is also backed up by relevant and engaging theoretical explorations. Some of the project areas that you will be working and experimenting on will be: Production, Editing and Technical Skills for Video and Audio. Experimental production work through Video - Streaming & Video Shorts. Experimental production work through Audio - Podcasting & Radio. Interactive Show-reels. Production Research Skills. Critical Context for Film and TV Production. Short Film Project TV Advertising. Career Development. Creative Media Industries. TV Studio Production - Live Streaming Your Tutors will support you to create and develop your unique creative identity and style.
