For the HNC 'top-up' you will need to have a previously acquired HNC in a relevant subject. If you are starting 'from scratch', you will need to have a relevant Level 3 qualification or significant industrial experience. GCSE maths & English at grade 4 or above are essential.
The HND has three pathways to choose from: Construction Management, Architectural Technology & Civil Engineering. Each of these pathways is designed to equip you with the knowledge & skills you need to keep up with the demands of employers in a constantly changing environment. This course is delivered using our newly built enhanced digital learning centre, virtual reality resources & 3D printer.
There are a wide range of Level 5 units available dependent upon the pathway chosen. These complement & build on subjects covered at Level 4.

On successful completion of the HND you can progress to degree level courses in construction site management & other related disciplines. You can also apply for managerial level roles in industry.
