This amazing Masterclass will introduce you to Sashiko embroidery and help you understand everything you will need to know about this ancient technique which is currently enjoying a global revival.Topics will include:Learn about the origins and history of Sashiko and how important it is historically in Japanese culture.Explore and create your own patterns based on the Sashiko designs.Learn and practice the stitching techniques to produce beautiful results.This course offers an avenue for creative pursuits, improving your health, confidence and well being.This course is subsidised by Government funding so you should aim to attend the whole course.
