The course is assessed through portfolio building, group work, online assessments, presentations and examinations. A students overall grade will come from combining all units assessed by tutors and moderated by the exam board at the end of the year. You will be required to commit to a minimum of 15 days’ work placement with an employer and to help you with this you will be allocated a named Employer Co-ordinator who will support you prior to starting and during your placement.
