This T Level Transition Programme is co-developed and co-delivered with a range of employers and it is the perfect stepping stone if you want to progress on to a T Level. In order to develop the professional skills and experience needed, you will learn how businesses are structured whilst gaining valuable industry skills by studying the key areas that employers are currently looking for and undertaking an industry placement. Throughout this course, you will explore: • Organisational structures • Event management • Project management • Leadership skills • Finance • And much more. You will also get the opportunity to work on projects with large, well-respected Manchester businesses. A minimum 15-day industry placement is a vital part of this course and you will be supported in finding a placement relevant to your study.
