The course is aimed at those who are working in personnel and Human Resource Development (HRD), such as a job centre, employment agency or training department. It covers: understanding the role of HR, personal development as an HR practitioner, recording, analysing and using HR information, recruitment, performance management and reward, learning and development, employment relations and supporting change within an organisation. As the course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) you will need to become a member of the CIPD in order to do it. To become a member, you will need to pay a membership fee.
